I Blame IFTTT

I don't know what happened guys, with the random videos. I know I should be checking my blog more often than I do, but honestly I figured that with me dropping off the face of the blogosphere I didn't have to.

But, apparently, the IFTTT recipe that autoposted my Flosstube videos to the blog freaked out and ran when some other random YouTuber uploaded videos, I don't even know how that was possible. (I even double checked my Flosstube channel, no uploads. And the videos that posted are still live on YouTube.)

I only noticed it when I went to double check that I had an IFTTT recipe for that, and saw it was last run on February 18th of this year, which didn't make sense as my last upload on my YouTube channel was September 13th of last year.

I've edited my IFTTT settings to relink my Flosstube channel properly so hopefully it doesn't happen again. And if it does, they're getting a sternly worded email from me. I've also deleted the posts here.

So, back to regularly scheduled (or irregularly scheduled, as is my MO) stitchy stuff!

Revival

Maybe I should have never started this blog before I knew I could keep up with it. I started it at a time when other interests were creeping in and my cross stitch hobby was getting put on the back burner.

But now that I've been "commissioned" to stitch a piece (no charge, but I've been told by my mom I have to stitch something for my sister), I'm going to be doing other stitching to get back in the groove of it, and might as well post them here (hopefully).

Delayed Again

I'm sorry for the delayed absence once again (though fortunately it wasn't as long as the first one). I got heavily into my nail polish blog and this one took a back seat to it (as did my writing and personal blogs, apparently. I'm pretty much everywhere, but people who wanna read my writing posts might not be the same people who wanna read my day to day life posts, etc.)

Anyway, I'm going to try to make an effort to get back into stitching (though with much more manicured hands than before) and therefore this blog. I have a project I'm going to get supplies for pretty soon and I have more UFOs than I can count.

I'm also considering setting up social networking accounts for this blog in an effort to keep updated. I did it with the polish blog and it helped tremendously.

Oh, hello there!

I kinda forgot about you, cross stitching blog. But not anymore (I hope!). I’m going to slowly be posting some of my older works, and I’m hoping to get back into stitching (it’s all currently in storage since I moved a couple months ago), so there should be some semblance of regular posting going on.

Short post, but I just wanted to do a quick update.

So, here I go, trying out this blogging thing. Again. Though, this time I hope to stick with it. You may remember me (LMFAO YEAH RIGHT) from my blog The Techno Files and then some other blogs that I don't even remember now, which I gave up because it's been overdone.

So I... start a cross stitch blog, something else pretty much done to death.

And like other cross stitch blogs, I'll feature patterns I've charted, and finished works I've done. But... not this post. Cause I've got a long post coming up for all of that. Promise.
